Holiday Inn Express Lake Forest

Tucked away in a small yet growing tech area of Orange County, this hotel was converted to a Holiday Inn Express and given a new lease on life.  A small public space offering, strategic spaceplanning gave way to functional spaces for the lobby and great room where guests can now have the ability to eat, work and enjoy.  Meeting brand standards can be difficult with conversions, however with great success, we were able to achieve necessary requirements in addition to some creative design solutions.
