Shore Tower

One of only two high-rise residential condominium buildings in the city of La Jolla, a complete renovation of public spaces to include the lower lobby and main lobby levels.  Several obstacles including plastering interior walls and covering cinderblock to achieve a contemporary level 5 smooth wall finish in order to install high traffic wallcoverings.  Installing large format Italian porcelain floor tile throughout the main lobby added a grandness to this luxurious building.  With the blending of Home Owner Association Board of Directors design preferences and resident professional photographer, a truly collaborative outcome brought eclectic and earthy spaces.
