Lake Havasu

A complete remodel to this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom designed as a vacation rental prior to the popularity of Airbnb and VRBO.  Opening up the wall between the kitchen and family room allowed for a more inclusive layout.  Lining a golf course, the use of the outdoor amenities included a new pergola dining area, relocation of the hot tub and add of beach entry to the pool was a must.  All flooring, wall paint, window coverings, fixtures and a total furnishing package including a total exterior overhaul.
