Full home renovation and new construction of an ADU, this property was designed with the new buyer in mind as the developer wanted to appeal to a broader market.  Being the home is located in the heart of historic Mission Hills, special attention was made to consider the elements of design surrounding the Craftsman era while using modern finishes for durability.  Using authentic materials such as Batchelder handmade and fired fireplace surround tiles allowed for a synergy to evolve with the modern finishes of Quartzite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
