Truax West
A new build in Old Town Temecula of a 155 room boutique hotel warranted a deep dive into the history of migration to California and the settlement of the Spanish within the Southern region. As Old Town became a hub for transit from the East, a convergence of Spanish and European cultures, this quaint town, much like many across California, flourished. Truax West is a nod to distinctive California Ranchers styles from dark wood beams, rustic leathers, horse and cattle art and artifacts, cow hides, and rich textiles.
